Shipping
We make every effort to fill orders and ensure arrival as quickly as possible. Orders are generally filled within
48 - 72 hours. Please allow extra time for delivery during the months of October through December.
If an ordered item is back-ordered, which rarely happens, we will ship it out as soon
as it is available, unless you request ‘no backorders’. on your order form.
Our products deserve great care in shipping. That's why we ship UPS.
Domestic and Canadian shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out.

Breakage or shortage in received orders must be reported within 5 days of the date received.
A 25% restock fee will be charged to all orders which are shipped and not accepted.
